    The manual lifting rotary evaporator with heating bath is a reliable laboratory evaporation system designed for solvent evaporation, concentration, distillation, and recovery. The equipment features a manual lifting mechanism, allowing users to easily raise or lower the evaporation flask by hand during operation.
    Equipped with a precise temperature-controlled heating bath, this laboratory rotary evaporator ensures stable heating and efficient evaporation under vacuum conditions. It is widely used in chemical laboratories, pharmaceutical research, universities, and biotechnology industries.

    Working Principle:
    The rotary flask rotates at a constant speed, and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under these conditions, the material forms a large-area, uniform thin film on the inner wall of the evaporating flask and evaporates rapidly. Evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (vacuum device required). The solvent vapor is cooled into liquid as it passes through the glass condenser coil (cooling device required).

    • The sealing system uses a combination of imported fluororubber and Teflon for bidirectional sealing, ensuring corrosion resistance, long service life, and maintaining a high vacuum.
    • The control panel is a digital display for the heating bath, intelligent temperature control, accurate temperature transmission, and convenient operation.
    • The inner pot is made of high-quality SS304, which is corrosion-resistant and durable. The outer layer of the inner pot is coated with a silicone layer for safer use at high temperatures.
