1-5L rotary evaporator with hand lift

otary evaporators are mainly used for concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in pharmaceutical, chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. The principle is that under vacuum conditions, constant temperature heating causes the rotating bottle to rotate at a constant speed. The material forms a large area film on the bottle wall and evaporates efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by a high-efficiency glass condenser, recovered and collected in a bottle to improve the evaporation efficiency. Especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperatures. 
It can work with vacuum pump and chiller.

Features:
 
1. Double coil snake condenser, rapid condensation and extremely rapid cooling;
2. The glass part is made of high borosilicate glass GG-17, which is resistant to high temperature, low temperature and acid and alkali corrosion;
3. Infinitely variable speed motor, real-time digital display, and also equipped with overload protection function to avoid overloading of the speed regulator caused by material viscosity;
4. It is made of PTFE seal and processed by CNC machine tools to ensure air tightness up to 0.1Mpa, durability and long service life;
5. The bath pot adopts SS304 heating ring, PID temperature control, precise control, and digital temperature display;
