HR series horizontal double-stage piston push centrifuge is mainly composed of pump combination, push mechanism, frame, bearing combination, drum, screen, housing and electric control box and other parts. The pusher mechanism, drum, screen and other parts are supported on the frame through the bearing combination. Oil cooler is installed in the base oil pool. The pump assembly is also supported by the base, the oil pump is extended into the oil pool, and the rotary body is connected to the main engine pulley by triangular tape. The electric control box is a separate system, installed in a suitable position for the main engine. After the main engine runs at full speed, the suspension enters the distribution plate installed on the outer drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the suspension is evenly distributed on the plate net of the inner drum. The liquid phase is discharged through the plate net gap and the filter hole of the drum, while the solid phase is trapped on the plate net to form a ring filter slag layer. Due to the reciprocating movement of the inner drum, the filter slag is pushed forward along the axis of the drum and discharged through the aggregate chute in front of the outer drum.
Product Features And ApplicationHR series centrifuge is a horizontal two-stage piston push, continuous operation filter centrifuge. It completes all operations at full speed, such as feeding, separation, washing, drying and unloading. It is suitable for the separation of crystallized or short fibrous suspension containing medium par ticles (crystal par ticle size 0.1-10mm shor t fiber within 30mm), widely used in chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, salt making, pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other industrial sectors. HR series centrifuge has automatic continuous operation, continuous slag discharge, high production capacity, not easy to break grain, filter slag can be washed and other traditional advantages, but also has high filter slag production, high solid recovery, low filter slag moisture content, low energy consumption and other characteristics. And the parts of the machine in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, so the corrosion resistance is good.
The main motor drives the inner and outer drum of the set to rotate at full speed, and the material is continuously introduced by the feed pipe and evenly distributed to the filter screen wall of the inner drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is discharged through the filter screen and the filter hole of the drum wall, and the liquid phase is discharged out of the machine through the discharge pipe, and the solid phase is trapped in the inner drum to form a ring filter cake layer. When the inner and outer drum rotate at the same speed, the inner drum continuously reciprocates in axial motion under the push of the piston, so the pushing plate pushes the inner drum filter cake layer to move outwards continuously and discharge the inner drum, and the outer end of the inner drum is to push the outer drum filter cake layer to move outwards continuously and discharge the outer drum, and discharge th machine through the scraping trough.

Centrifuge Application Conditions and Adaptability AdjustmentBasic application conditions of the two-stage piston discharge centrifuge:
- The material to be separated is a suspension or other solid-liquid mixture, not a turbid liquid;
- Suspension concentration ≥35%
- Average particle size of solid ≥0.08mm;
- Process temperature during separation ≤80℃
Appropriate viscosity;Separation purpose: solid-liquid separation, obtaining the lowest possible solid moisture content and liquid solid content.
Different separated materials have different separation characteristics. Even for the same separated material, different process methods and operating conditions have different separation characteristics. The quality of the separation characteristics of the separated material will directly affect the separation effect and processing capacity of the centrifuge.
The separation characteristics of the separated material can be adjusted through the following methods:
- Adjust the suspension concentration through pre-concentration measures;
- Adjust the early-stage process to increase the particle size of the solid;
- Adjust the operating temperature to improve the viscosity of the suspension.
- For some difficult-to-separate materials, in addition to taking corresponding adjustment measures for the separated material itself, corresponding adjustments and improvements can also be made to the centrifuge;
- Adjust the drum speed
- Adjust the number of pushes
- Adjust the screen gap and porosity
Except for the number of pushes, which can be adjusted on-site during separation, the adjustments to the technical parameters of the centrifuge must be determined before the centrifuge product is manufactured.
