Testing With Lab LC centrifugal extractor Raw material pretreatmentDMF-containing wastewater (pH 8-9) and organic extractant (such as tributyl phosphate-kerosene system) are pumped into the mixing chamber of the centrifugal extractor at a volume ratio of 1:1.5, and the stirring paddle is fully mixed at a speed of 2500rpm to form an emulsion.
Efficient separationThe mixed liquid enters the drum, and at a speed of 7500rpm, the aqueous phase (containing trace DMF) and the organic phase (loaded with DMF) are quickly separated under the action of centrifugal force. The aqueous phase is discharged from the outer edge of the drum, and the organic phase is discharged from the central tube, and the phase separation time is shortened to 1/4 of the traditional equipment.
Multi-stage countercurrent extractionThe four-stage series process of centrifugal extractor is adopted to gradually improve the DMF recovery rate by adjusting the flow rate and speed of each stage of the extractant. The first stage is extracted to enrich DMF, the second and third stages are deeply purified, and the fourth stage further reduces the DMF residue in the aqueous phase.
